This month marks the 3 year anniversary of this podcast.

There seems to be some contradictory messaging out there about if we should seek to “do” anything for God or not.

In our world today, we are so quick to dismiss certain skills/interests as not being valuable. If it doesn’t make money or couldn’t help somehow down the line, then we put these interests in the “childish” behavior or into the “hobbies” bucket. Why do we do that though? What if these are things that God gave us for a reason and He intended to use them in His story for us?

In today’s episode, I want to talk about the fundamental decision that every one of you must make and that’s figuring out which business model is the best option for you.
What I’ve noticed is that a lot of times clients have been trying a number of different routes to make money online only to find themselves frustrated after a few years of trying all sorts of options.
The mistake so many women make is that they are bouncing from idea to idea simply looking for “the way” to make money online that will let them quit the job or have the freedom they want. The one that will “work”.
But what I’ve come to realize is: They all work.
Every one of these business models will work. It’s just a matter of consistency, sticking with it for at least a year, and not pivoting on your niche along the way.
But if every business model works, then how do you choose?
I’m going to share 3 keys to being able to choose the business model that you’re called to do.
Implement these 3 things, and you’ll know what business God is calling you to.

There’s a spiritual battle going on when it comes to money and wealth. Possessions, territory, and wealth are either part of God’s Kingdom or part of the world. I think this is one of the biggest lies that the enemy has all of us believing as Christians and especially entrepreneurs - that if we want to build wealth, own land, etc, that we are “bad”.
If the enemy can get us to ignore that desire to build wealth, then he is keeping believers from a big asset that can be used to make a Kingdom impact.
So often we turn away from building wealth for fear of being greedy, but what if the desire to build wealth is placed in our heart from God to do the good works He’s got planned for us?
In this episode, you’ll hear a new way of looking at money, your business, and your responsibility with all of it. I’ll walk you through some mindset exercises at the end to help you check your thoughts around this so you can reframe your thoughts to align with a Biblical perspective.

Today I’m talking with Tresa Todd of the Women’s Real Estate Investor’s Network and her journey into entrepreneurship and how her faith influenced that process. After a 25 year career in the medical field, she stepped out in faith to learn real estate investing and later started teaching other women how to do the same.

Are you struggling to figure out what your business should be? Do you have ideas, but you just aren’t sure because you don’t have peace about any of them? Issues with figuring out your calling and being confident in that come from how you see yourself. Do you find yourself trying to fix every “flaw” about yourself? If your view of yourself is that you’re broken and need to be fixed, then it’s going to be really hard to get clear where God is calling you specifically.
In this episode, we’re going to be talking about how to embrace how God made you. To start loving yourself and how God made you so that you can lean into that instead of trying to fix it all the time.
As Christians and entrepreneurs, we have to balance loving ourselves and how God made us while also knowing that we live in a fallen world, are human and aren’t perfect. God is constantly willing and able to sanctify us. We have the ability to change negative thoughts that are driving how we see ourselves and perceive the world, but not everything about us needs to be fixed either.
This is where we count on the wisdom God gives us in order to hear where He wants to heal us vs where He means for us to simply be.
